Baker
Since 2001, Donna Baker has served her community as a consistent top-producing REALTOR®, getting her start working in the historic home niche due to her involvement in Historic Preservation. She adores building relationships, seeing each new meeting as the start of a lifelong friendship. Donna doesn’t just hold extensive knowledge of contracts but also excels in clearly explaining them to clients in ways that are easy to follow. This keen sense of communication illuminates the entirety of a transaction as Donna artfully guides people through each step of the most beneficial path to their real estate goals. Whether seeking top dollar on a property sale or searching for the ultimate dream home, clients trust Donna’s ethical, professional approach infused with her trademark sense of humor.
Donna grew up in upstate New York and northern Florida before moving to California as a child. She spent her teen years getting to know the Covina area and eventually purchased her first home in Monrovia in 1987. She continues to call the splendid foothill city home to this day.
Remaining an active contributor to her community, Donna served as the City of Monrovia’s Historic Preservation Commissioner, earned the Monrovia Chamber Citizen of the Year Award in 2008, and even traveled to Thailand to help build 75 homes as part of the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project. When not serving her clients and community, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 40 years, Dave, and their cat, Catcher.

Since 2005, she’s balanced family life, volunteer work, and the demands of a high-producing agent who still holds her ethics above her commission checks. Whether finding dream homes, guiding sellers through upsizing and downsizing alike, or helping clients navigate emotionally challenging trusts with sensitivity, Gina has the experience and creativity to consistently get winning results.
Gina was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois but moved to California in 1986 to attend Pepperdine University from which she graduated in 1989 with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Around the same time, she also graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising which helped propel her into a successful career in the garment industry. In 2003, she married her loving husband and moved to the all-American city of Monrovia where she continues to reside today.
In the early days of her real estate career, Gina’s bubbly positivity built solid foundations with other parents while keeping her immersed in her children’s lives and, by extension, her community. It inspired her philosophy that each new client is the beginning of a lifelong friendship. Today, her children are grown with one a rising Senior at La Salle College Prep and the other a rising Junior at UCLA. Yet, Gina is as active in her community as ever before, considering real estate a part of that greater picture.

Since 2018, Jazmine Magallanes has been using her friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable approach to simplify real estate transactions. Jazmine grew up in West Covina before moving with her wife to Whittier. Starting her real estate career as a receptionist, Jazmine was inspired to obtain her license after seeing the profound impact real estate had on people’s lives. She even received her notary public certification to add an extra level of convenience to transactions. Jazmine takes pride in her work, acknowledging a distinct satisfaction that comes with ironing out any potential turbulence in a client’s journey to their real estate goal.
When not keeping transactions silky smooth, Jazmine enjoys baking cakes, catching Dodgers games, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
